We sold a large, high end home in June with Nathan representing us… (he) was extremely knowledgable, responsive and easy to work with. He was able to put together an amazing flyer, which was more like a glossy photo page with pertinent information regarding our home, and engaged the services of a top photography group to take the photos of our home. He also put together a virtual tour using those photos . He also arranged for our home to be the cover home for Home and Land magazine. Getting the exposure for our home really helped bring in clients, many who were from out of state. He also has a group of professionals to assist with any repairs from the inspection and Nathan was good at negotiating what was a necessary repair from a wish list repair. We were pleased with our final price and the amount of time it took to sell (about 3 months). Any concerns or questions we had were immediately responded to and he is well-recommended by us. Nathan also assisted us in finding a new home and we were equally pleased with his expertise and direction for that home.
